Terms and Conditions
The below terms and conditions are applicable to Mitchell Group's Wash and Go service in the form of a complimentary car wash.

Eligibility 
The below criteria will need to be met in order to qualify for this free service. Customers will need to have purchased their car from Mitchell Group (Mitchell Mazda, Mitchell Skoda and Lexus Chester). In addition to the purchase, customers will also need to have an ongoing service relationship with us - in the form of regular servicing. 

Responsibility
Whilst every care is taken when looking after your vehicle, in the unlikely event that any damage may occur during the wash - we cannot be held responsible for any damage. 

Bookings 
It is essential that you book before attending Wash and Go. We want to ensure that this service is made available to all of our customers and for that reason you will only be able to book 6 days in advance and up until midnight on the day before. Bookings are non-transferable.

Cancellation Policy
We reserve the right to cancel this service at any time.
